What information is required to obtain a quotation for a custom size carton?
Company Name and Business Address
Contact Person and Tel. No., Fax No. and E-mail address
Samples of products (sachets, jars, bottles, etc) to be packed, quantity required per box, external finish (brown or white) stacking height required, storage temperature, printed or unprinted. If printed, a digital copy of the artwork is required in Hi-Res PDF, Illustrator or Corel Draw.
How long does it take to manufacture a new carton?
A new carton can be manufactured within 2-3 weeks after approval of artwork/structural design. Unprinted cartons usually take about 1-2 weeks. We also try accommodate “rush orders” [less than a week lead-time] in urgent situations.
Can I choose my own Colour(s) for my carton design?
We use standard GCMI colours. Maximum number of print colour is four. Pantone colours are possible. However, the inks are more expensive than GCMI inks.
Can I get a Sample Carton before I place my order?
Prior to initial order, a sample is issued to the customer for test packing to ensure that the size and grade are correct.
Do you have standard sizes?
We only carry a few. See stock listing. We also have various sizes of overruns on a weekly basis.
What is your minimum quantity?
Our minimum quantity ranges from 500-2,500pcs depending on the carton size.
